Veneto Capital is an opportunistic real estate investment fund, with substantial experience investing in all classes of commercial real estate assets.

Veneto Capital seeks to invest in i) affordable and market rate multi-family projects throughout the United States, and ii) other classes of real estate assets (including hotels, mixed-use, and retail) with a value-add component.

TRANSACTION SIZE

Veneto Capital generally acquires properties in the $15 million to $50 million transaction size.

To complement the Fund’s equity capital, Veneto Capital has a formal arrangement with a top U.S. financial institution, which enables the Fund to close on transactions ranging up to $50 million in transaction value on an all-cash basis.
