Faraz Daneshgar – MANAGING DIRECTOR (Faraz@VenetoCapital.com)

Mr. Daneshgar is the founder of Veneto Capital Management, LLC, Veneto Capital Partners, LLC, and Veneto Capital Partners Fund II, LLC (the “Funds”) and oversees all aspects of the Funds' business. Mr. Daneshgar has over 25 years of combined experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, private equity and corporate law. Mr. Daneshgar has a lengthy track record of proactively identifying investment opportunities and privately negotiating transactions with property owners.

Prior to founding Veneto Capital Management, LLC in 2014, Mr. Daneshgar was a senior principal for twelve years at a large privately-held investment firm.

Previously, Mr. Daneshgar was a private equity investor at Shelter Capital Partners, Eos Partners and Summit Partners, and a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell and Irell & Manella. Mr. Daneshgar is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude) and Yale Law School.

Scott Maxwell

Mr. Maxwell serves on the Fund’s Strategic Advisory Board. Mr. Maxwell is the Founder and Senior Managing Director of OpenView Venture Partners. Founded in 2006, OpenView is a leading global private equity firm focused primarily on investments in the software industry. Mr. Maxwell has served on numerous company boards of directors.

Prior to founding OpenView, Mr. Maxwell was Chief Operating Officer and senior Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners, a Partner at Putnam Investments, and a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Maxwell holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Davis, and a Master’s Degree in Management and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

Michael Triplett

Mr. Triplett serves on the Fund’s Strategic Advisory Board. Mr. Triplett is a senior Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners, a leading global private equity firm based in New York. Insight currently has over $13 billion under management. Mr. Triplett has served on numerous company boards of directors and has completed investments in a significant number of technology related businesses over his investment career.

Prior to joining Insight in 1998, Mr. Triplett was an investment professional at Summit Partners and an analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. Mr. Triplett graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College, with a B.A. in Economics.
